  • How do we operate ICT?
  • We follow SOP of ICT in this way: check the material code > scan the operator code > bring the PCB board to be tested > open the upper cover of the socket > visual inspection > install the PCB board > close the upper cover > press the main screen button to scan > reopen the upper cover > take the PCB board.
  • How do we reduce the defect rate?
  • If a machine goes wrong, or if one small problem happens three times continually, the technician will report to the corresponding engineers and managers. The next process won't be entered until the inspection proves normality.

Quality Assurance of PCBA

  • • Before batch PCB assembly, we carry out the FAI (first article inspection) to make sure everything is right and generate a report for you to review.
  • • We follow standard SOP to control the temperature and speed of reflow soldering ovens to ensure solder paste filtering and soldering, which is key to the SMT process.
  • • PCBA tests after soldering include ICT (in-circuit test), FCT (functional test), aging test, temperature, and humidity test, drop test, and testing before and after packaging.
  • • During PCB assembly, the PCBA goes through a series of tests, such as SPI (solder paste inspection), X-Ray, and AOI (automated optical inspection), and all results will be recorded and reported to you.
  • • Mould design for wave soldering is operated by experienced project engineers, which ensures smooth DIP assembly.
  • • We shorten the SMT/DIP assembly cycle due to 30,000+ kinds of electronic components in-warehouse, which dramatically saves your time.
